QUEEN CITY, Texas—Steve Raines, 51, of Queen City died Monday, March 12, 2018, in a New Orleans hospital. Mr. Raines was born June 17, 1966. Survivors include his mother, Mary Raines Jester of Queen City; two brothers, James L. Raines of Shreveport, La., and Gary Raines of Florida; one sister, April Jester Durmon of Queen City; one brother-in-law, Blake Thompson of Queen City; and two nieces, Marlee Durmon and Brentlee Thompson of Queen City. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Coon Hunters Lodge, Queen City. Visitation will follow services at the lodge.
