DE QUEEN, Ark.—Isaac Wesley Howard Jr., 68, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, March 17, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Mr. Howard was born Oct. 27, 1949. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Howard of Texarkana; one stepchild, Robert Page of Brighton, Mich.; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, Texarkana, Ark., with the Rev. Jaimie Alexander officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
