ROBERT EITEL

Robert W. Eitel, 77, of Redwater, Texas, died Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Mr. Eitel was born was born Dec. 4, 1940, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a retired elementary school principal with Redwater ISD, a member of Redwater Cemetery Committee, Redwater Industrial Development Board and Maud Masonic Lodge No. 859, a deacon and member of First Baptist Church, Redwater, and an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Judy Eitel of Redwater; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jeff and Melissa Eitel of Baytown, Texas, Scot Eitel of Texarkana; four grandchildren, Loren Eitel, Robert J. Eitel, Andrew Eitel and Nathan Eitel; one great-granddaughter, Olivia Morphew; and a number of other relatives. Services will be noon Saturday at First Baptist Church, Redwater, with the Revs. Todd Reed and Mike Powell officiating. Burial will be in Redwater Cemetery under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
