BETTY PARISH

NASHVILLE, Ark.—Betty Jo Parish, 85, of Nashville died Saturday, May 5, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Parish was born June 29, 1932, in Nashville. She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Parish. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Clayton Dwayne and Sonja Parish of Lockesburg, Ark.; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Nicholas and Vicki Parish of Enola, Ark.; one granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Katrina and Jacob Barton of Marshall, Ark.; two great-grandchildren, Josiah Parish of Enola and Makayla Barton of Marshall; one sister and brother-in-law, Lula and James Stuaib of Hust, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Services were 10 a.m. Tuesday at Unity Missionary Baptist Church with David Cassady officiating. Burial in Unity Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
