STAN PORTER

Johnnie Stan Porter, 65, of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, May 6, 2018, at his home. Mr. Porter was born Oct. 20, 1952, in Atlanta, Texas. He was retired from Terminix and an accomplished musician. Survivors include his stepmother, Mona Porter; one brother and sister-in-law, Jan and Allyson Porter; one stepsister, Johnie Smith; one stepbrother, Tracy Redden; one nephew, Aaron Porter; and a number of other relatives. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
