Cora Maloney

Cora Maloney, 98, of Greenville, Texas, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018, in Greenville. Mrs. Maloney was born Aug. 23, 1919, in Clarksville, Texas. She was a member of Red Hat Society and Walnut Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by five sons, Horace Tussey, Winfred "Wink" Tussey, Donnie Tussey, Carrol "Bubba" Tussey and Bill Crain; one daughter, Patricia "Pat" Hargrove; three grandsons, John Hargrove, Marty Hargrove and Thomas Hall; and one great-grandson, Michael Tussey. Survivors include her husband, Brad Maloney of Texarakna; four daughters, Wynona Worley of Weatherford, Texas; Brenda Penninger of Texarkana, Maria Lancaster of Euless, Texas, and Susan Duke of Greenville; four stepsons, Tony Maloney, Chris Maloney, Matt Maloney and Mike Maloney; 30 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Tommy Gaither officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
