James Coker

James Marion Coker, 68, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, May 4, 2018, at his home. Mr. Coker was born June 2, 1949, in Texarkana. He is preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Coker. Survivors include two sons, James Randall Coker of Dallas and Marvin Wayne Coker of Texarkana; one daughter, Susan Ranee Coker of Ward, Ark.; two sisters, Murile Rayburn and Bettie Cline; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Rondo Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Easley officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
