MARGARET CROMER

De QUEEN, Ark.—Margaret Allene Gardner Cromer, 94, of Tyler, Texas, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, in a Plano, Texas, hospital. Mrs. Cromer was born Feb. 22, 1922, in De Queen. She was a retired supervisor with Texas Instruments, Dallas. Survivors include four daughters, Carol O'Neill, Sherry Schwettman and Sharon Akins of Tyler and Sandra Cromer-Begert of Fort Worth, Texas; three grandsons, Shawn Cromer, Michael Akins and Arron Akins; and a number of other relatives. The body was donated to science. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chandler Funeral Home with Tim Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Avon Cemetery.
