STAMPS, Ark.—William Lee Parks, 82, of England, Ark., died Sunday, May 13, 2018, at her home. Ms. Parks was born Oct. 12, 1935, in Lewisville, Ark. Survivors include two sons, Michael D. Parks and Kenneth Parks of Dallas; six daughters, Willie Mae Robinson, Mary Ann Flemings and Lula Mae Gillcrest of Fayetteville, Ark., Gloria Ann Walker of Lewisville, Ark., Loria Byrant of England and Betty Powell of Jacksonville; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Old Town Cemetery, Lewisville. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
