BARBARA JOHNSTON

Barbara Ann Johnston, 67, of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, May 20, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Johnston was born Feb. 6, 1951, in Texarkana, Ark. She was a member of South Texarkana Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Ray Johnston Sr. Survivors include two sons, Dean Ray Johnston Jr. and David Alan Johnston of Texarkana; one daughter, Christina Dawn Wade of Texarkana; three brothers, Malvin McKinney of Fouke, Ark., and Benjamin McKinney of Texarkana, Ark., and William McKinney of Texarkana, Texas; four grandchildren, Brittany Dawn Wade, Kyra Marie Wade, Daniel Johnston and Dakota Johnston; two great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Rocky Mound Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown.
