Theresa Moore

Theresa Mary Moore (Terry) born November 7, 1945 in Pittsburg, PA died May 10, 2018 surrounded by loved ones in Texarkana TX. Terry was an active member and devoted volunteer at St Mary's Episcopal Church for many years before becoming a member of St James Episcopal Church. She spent numerous hours volunteering at the Literacy Council, Casa, Hospice of Texarkana, 4 States Iron Munchers, Redwater Public Schools and other non profits in the Four States area. She had a kind heart and was loved by all that knew her. She quilted and made blankets for organizations and loved ones up until the day she passed. She retired from DLA Red River and is survived by her loving husband, Calvin C. Moore, Jr. Other survivors include her doting sisters, Suzy Heather and Shawneen Pruehs, her adoring children, Michelle and Pat Walraven and Scott Moore, her beloved grandchildren, Kendall Barajas and Alexandra Moore, her cherished nieces and nephews, Lori and John and Charlene Heather, Austen and Cole Turner, Valerie and Eric Johnson and Trevor Moore, Phillip Goss, Michael Raye and Vinnie Delmaestro and a number of other relatives and loved ones. A service will be held at St James Episcopal Church on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St James Episcopal Church, Hospice of Texarkana or 4 States Iron Munchers. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
