IDABEL, Okla.—Curtis Wayne Lewis, 77, of Idabel died Saturday, May 26, 2018, in Idabel. Mr. Lewis was born Nov. 26, 1940, in Garvin, Okla. He was former owner of a Gulf service station and attended Regional Church. Curtis is survived by four daughters, Donna Calhoun of New Mexico, Pamela Shaw of Colorado, Sheila Jones of Idabel and Brianne Lewis of New Hampshire; two sons, Michael Lewis of New Mexico and Kyle Lewis of New Hampshire; his mother, Georgia Lewis of Idabel; two brothers, Harold Lewis and Clarence Lewis of Idabel; one sister, Bobbie Castleman of Hobbs, N.M.; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at White Family Funeral Home with Kyle Jordan officiating. Burial in Canfield Cemetery. Online registration is at whitefamilyfh.com.
