LILA HASKINS

ATLANTA, Texas—Lila Murl Haskins, 74, of Douglassville, Texas, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, in Douglassville. Mrs. Haskins was born April 25, 1944. She was a CNA and a member of Gum Springs CME Church. Survivors include one daughter, Tonya Haskins; five brothers, Leo Haskins, Sammie Haskins, Buddy Haskins, Johnny Haskins and Avance Haskins; one stepbrother, Curtis Wright; four sisters, Winnie Hatley, Mary Bell, Katevious Haskins and Catherine Connor; one stepsister, Alberta Cunningham; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Gum Springs CME Church with Superintendent Gregory Hatley officiating. Burial will be in Gum Springs Cemetery under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home.
