TAMMY ADCOCK

FOREMAN, Ark.—Tammy Rae Adcock, 54, of Foreman died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Adcock was born Jan. 31, 1964, in Guam. She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Adcock; and one son, Joseph Adcock. Survivors include one son, Bo Adcock of Pocola, Okla.; two daughters, Shelby Patterson and Rachel Bates of Foreman; her stepmother, Patsy West; one brother, David Bretz of Mineral Springs; three sisters, Dian Feezor of Jonesboro, Ark., and Jackie Bretz and Denise Bretz of Mineral Springs, Ark.; one special friend, Guy Ray Cody; 10 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Foreman, with Jimmy Woods officiating under direction of Madden Funeral Home.
