Grafton Smith

Reverend Grafton L. Smith, age 96, formerly of Texarkana, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2018, in Carrollton, Texas. He was born October 1, 1922 in Naples, Texas to Tommie Lee Smith and Ida Belle Warrick Smith. Grafton married Roma DuFour on October 13, 1942 in Wilson, Oklahoma. He was a member of Texarkana First Church of The Nazarene. Grafton is survived by his wife, Roma; children, Michael L. Smith and wife, Jackie, Sheryl A. Frye and husband, Paul and Jedonne' G. Smith; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 5, 2018, at Carrollton Church of The Nazarene. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
