HOPE, Ark.—Patricia Ann Howard, 59, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at her home. Ms. Howard was born Feb. 10, 1959, in Memphis, Texas. She attended Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Gary Howard and Antonio Scott; three brothers, Alvin Howard, Charles Howard and Lellious Howard Jr.; two sisters, Betty McFalls and Margretta Keener; one aunt, Ida Sims; one special friend, Joyce Giles; four grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Hicks Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Mandeville, Ark.
