HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Arnold Applin, 66, of Daingerfield, Texas, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018. Mr. Applin was born Nov. 13, 1951. He was a Sunday school teacher and a member of Gideons. Survivors include his wife, Sheila Applin; three children and one spouse, Anna Applin, Jessica Williams and Jeffrey and Kystral Williams; two grandchildren, Noah Williams and Luke Williams; his mother-in-law, Barbara Hobbs; and a number of other relatives. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon today at the funeral home.
