Adam Blake Osborn

Adam Blake Osborn of Plano, Texas passed away November 10, 2018 at the age of 40. He was born on June 24, 1978 to John S. Osborn and Nancy (Horner) Osborn in Shreveport, Louisiana. Adam graduated from Plano East High School. Adam is survived by his mother, Nancy H. Osborn of Plano, Texas; father, John S. Osborn of Dallas, Texas; sister, Stephanie Osborn Kirk and husband, Jim Kirk of Allen, Texas; nephews, Austin Kirk and Ryan Kirk of Allen, Texas; uncle, Don Horner of Texarkana, Arkansas; and several other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Louise Horner; grandmother, Geneva Osborn; grandfather, John E. Osborn and aunt, Joneva King. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
