James Dewey Downs, 94, of Ashdown, Ark., died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, in a local hospice. Arrangements are pending with Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
