JAMES AUSTIN

James Avery Austin, 46, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Austin was born Nov. 13, 1972, in Texarkana, Texas. He was a laborer in manufacturing. Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline Austin of Texarkana; one daughter, Kendra Morine of Texarkana; three brothers, Michael Austin II of Columbia, S.C., Lonnie Austin III of Chesapeake, Va., and Harold Austin Jr. of Texarkana; and one grandson, Noah Henderson of Texarkana. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Oak Street Baptist Church with the Rev. L.B. George Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Haynes Mortuary.
