CHESTER BOYD

Chester Lee Boyd, 65, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, in Texarkana. Mr. Boyd was born June 28, 1953, in Texarkana. He was a business manager and a member of Whitaker Street Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Chester Lee Boyd Jr. of Woodbridge, Va.; four brothers, Clyde Boyd of Los Angeles, David Boyd of Texarkana, Cleophus Boyd of Huber Heights, Ohio, and Charles Boyd of Monroe, La.; one sister, Margarette Boyd-Woodard of Texarkana; six nieces; and a number of other relatives. Closed casket services will be 11 a.m. today at Lonoke Baptist Church with the Rev. David Elijah officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
