NASHVILLE, Ark.—Don H. Harper, 76, of Nashville died Friday, Nov. 23, 2018, in Shreveport, La. Mr. Harper was born April 8, 1942, in Murfreesboro, Ark. He was retired from Briar Gypsum Plant, a Vietnam War veteran and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Marie Cogburn. Survivors include his wife, Betty Harper of Nashville; one son, Ricky Harper of Murfreesboro; two stepsons and stepdaughters-in-law, Roy and Anita Rogers of Murfreesboro and Terry and Jacqueline McDonald of Mineral Springs, Ark.; two stepdaughters and one stepson-in-law, Belinda Rogers of Murfreesboro and Sheila and Scott Hicks of Nashville; one sister, Shirley Anthony of Murfreesboro; three grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today at County Line Cemetery with Alan Cook officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
