HOPE, Ark.—Lacy Alexander Woodard, 86, of Fulton, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018, at his home. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Testament House of Prayer. Burial will be in Westmoreland Cemetery under direction of Hicks Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
