CHARLES MORGAN

Charles Dale Morgan, 70, of Texarkana, Texas, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, at his home. Mr. Morgan was born Oct. 23, 1947, in Covington, Va. He was a retired construction supervisor with Fluor and a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Morgan; two brothers, Lee Roy Morgan of Clifton Forge, Va., and Lonnie Morgan of Covington; one sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Lloyd Porter; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Don Brown officiating. Memorials may be made to Texarkana Animal Shelter. Online registration is at chapelwoodfuneralhome.com.
