QUEEN CITY, Texas—Joyce Allen, 63, of Atlanta, Texas, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. Ms. Allen was born May 31, 1955. She was a member of Honey Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include one brother, Clarence Casteel Jr. of Atlanta; one sister, Bennie Horsely of Atlanta; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church, Atlanta. Burial will be in Pinecrest Cemetery under direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
