Floyd Rick Mooney

Floyd T. "Rick" Mooney Jr., 59, of Texarkana, Texas, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Mooney was born Dec. 29, 1958, in Magnolia, Ark. He was retired from the construction business. Survivors include his wife, Debra Mooney of Texarkana; one daughter, Vivian Graham of Magnolia, Ark.; four sons, Charlie Mooney of Pyeongtaek, South Korea, Jordan Mooney and Cody Mooney of Little Rock, Ark., and Nathan Mooney of Texarkana; his father and stepmother, Buddy and Jan Mooney of Cabot, Ark.; his stepfather, Ted Lemay of Wake Village, Texas; three sisters; three brothers; and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens South Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
