James Otto Hilton

NEW BOSTON, Texas—James Otto Hilton, 92, of New Boston died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mr. Hilton was born July 30, 1926. He was a Baptist preacher, a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Hilton; three sons, Jimmy Hilton, Kenny Hilton and Paul Hilton; and one grandson, Bradley Hilton. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Jerrel Stinson of New Boston; one son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Kathy Sanders of Arlington, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Betty Hilton of Ganado, Texas; 11 grandchildren, and a number of other relatives. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Bates Rolf Funeral Home with Walter Sanders and John Tisdale officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
