Richard Lee White

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Richard Lee White, 84, of Simms, Texas, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at his home. Mr. White was born June 29, 1934, in Bluefield, W.V. He was a retired warehouse manager for FrigiKing, a Christian and Marines veteran. He was preceded in death by his wives, Pearl Louise White and Nancy White. Survivors include two daughters, Pansey White of Alvarado, Texas, and Threasa Bell of Arlington, Texas; seven grandchildren, Leah Phenix, Thomas Jones, Logan Smith, Carol Shannon, John Bell, Rebecca Smith, Tammy Whitlow; six great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sand Hill Cemetery, Simms, Texas, with the Rev. Steve Minter officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home.
