STAMPS, Ark.—James Henry "Rat" Biddle, 77, of Buckner, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, in a Magnolia, Ark., nursing home. Mr. Biddle was born Aug. 30, 1941. He was a retired barber. He was preceded in death by one son. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Biddle of Buckner; one son, Rodney Biddle of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Betty Williams of Fort Worth; two sisters, Annie Mae Briggs of Stamps and Bernice Gladney of Springhill, La.; two brothers, Leon Biddle of Waldo, Ark., and Horace Biddle of Stamps; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home with Elder Maurice Williams officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
