DeKALB, Texas—Charles Anthony Tuppen, 69, of DeKalb died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018. Mr. Tuppen was born April 12, 1949, in Shreveport, La. He was a self-employed rancher. Survivors include his wife, Jen Tuppen of DeKalb; one son, Adam Tuppen of Golden, Colo.; two daughters, Anne Tuppen of Madison, Wis., and Ashley Tuppen of Commerce, Texas; and a number of other relatives.
