KENNETH EMERT

Kenneth Howard Emert, 65, of Texarkana, Ark., died Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Emert was born Jan. 18, 1952, in Fort Monroe, Va. He a former police officer in Midland, Texas, a security officer with Texas A&M University and an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Linda Emert of Texarkana; five children, Jeanna Kinnebrew of Boston, Angie Cox of Nashville, Tenn., Allen Mays of Stephenville, Texas, Brad Mays of Smyrna, Tenn., and Justin Emert of Texarkana; two brothers, Curtis Emert and Brian Emert of Floydada, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
