PRESCOTT, Ark.—Heather Jean Phillips, 40, of Prescott died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018. Ms. Phillips was born Nov. 2, 1977, in Kalamazoo, Mich. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Shadow Phillips and Kieran Phillips; three daughters, Stormy Phillips, Cimarron Phillips and Jessey Lynn Phillips; her parents, Jeff and Charlene Woody; one brother, Michael Woody; one sister, Kim Brindley; one grandchild, Nathaniel; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. today at Liberty Cemetery with Perry Johnson officiating. Arrangements are with Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home. No visitation is planned.
