RICHARD COLLINS

Richard Anthony Collins, 59, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, in a local hospital. Mr. Collins was born July 15, 1959, in Texarkana. He was a mobile heavy equipment mechanic with Red River Army Depot. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Lucas James Collins. Survivors include one son, Sean Collins of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Jayson Keenum of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Anolyn and Yvee Keenum; three brothers; five sisters; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Cyd Collins officiating. Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
