IDABEL, Okla.—Susan Ann Barnes, 70, of Idabel died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Barnes was born April 1, 1948, in Texarkana, Texas. She was a homemaker, a dog trainer, formerly employed with Oklahoma Department of Wildlife and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Barnes. Survivors include two sisters and one brother-in-law, Judy and Matt Phillips of Garvin, Okla., and Shirley Miller of Sulphur Springs, Texas; five nieces and nephews, Stephanie Winchester, Jake Phillips, Nikki Miller, Katelynn Phillips and Miracle Ramon; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Denison Cemetery. Burial will be under direction of White Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
