HARRISON CUPP

ATLANTA, Texas—Harrison Cupp, 93, of Bloomburg, Texas, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mr. Cupp was born Aug. 6, 1925, in Hope, Ark. He was the owner of Cupp Poultry Farm and a chicken house construction company, a cattle rancher and World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jo Cupp. Survivors include one daughter, Pam Shepherd of Bloomburg; one son and daughter-in-law, William Jr. and Maresha Cupp of Bloomburg; former son-in-law, Gary Shepherd of Bloomburg; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Salem Cemetery with Tom Hooten officiating. Burial will be under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
