ALETHIA ROYAL

ASHDOWN, Ark.—Alethia Moore Royal, 103, of Ashdown died Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Royal was born Dec. 22, 1914, in Arthur City, Texas. She was a Christian. She was preceded in death by four children. Survivors include three sons, Joe-Edd Royal and Luther Royal of Foreman, Ark., and Tollie Royal of Simms, Texas; one daughter, Helen Ward of Gainesville, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Services will be noon Saturday at St. Rest Baptist Church with Clevester Rolfe and Ira J. Royal officiating. Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery under direction of Hamburg Funeral Home.
