Almeda Smith

QUEEN CITY, Texas—Almeda JoAnna Smith, 89, of Doddridge, Ark., died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018. Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 19, 1929, in Doddridge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Sullivan. Survivors include one daughter, Diana Martin of Bloomburg, Texas; three sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Judy Sullivan of Smyrna, Texas, and Larry and Etchel Sullivan and Gary and Kitty Sullivan of Doddridge; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. today at Evergreen Cemetery, Doddridge. Burial will be under direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
