DAVID SHARP

David Elder Sharp, 64, of Wake Village, Texas, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, at his home. Mr. Sharp was born July 5, 1954, in Texarkana, Ark. He was an inspector with Red River Army Depot, attended Northside Church and was a Vietnam War Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Sharp of Wake Village; two daughters, Melanie Orrell and Tonya Robinson of Texarkana; six grandchildren, Elibertiey Robinson, Desmond Orrell, Dominick Robinson, Tristen Orrell, Dakota Robinson and Piper Hanson; one great-grandchild; two sisters; and a number of other relatives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Donnie Mooney and Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
