MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Gladys L. Williams, 92, of Willisville, Ark., died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, in a Wichita, Kan., hospital. Ms. Williams was born Oct. 19, 1926. She was a former secretary with Hibble and Hibble Law Firm, driver of the Prescot Senior Citizen bus, former Sunday School teacher, clerk and member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, a member of Golden Circle Chapter, Stephens, Ark., Forget Me Not Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, Associate Matron of Honey Grove and a choir member and kitchen staff worker with Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earmon Williams; and one son, Harold B. Williams. Survivors include three children, Hardy Williams and Patricia A. Allen of Wichita, Kan., and Othell T. Williams of Jacksonville, Ark.; one sister, Dr. Minnie M. Rogers of Little Rock; six grandchildren, Shondalyn Wilson, Terrise Williams, Jeffrey Bazzelle, Stacy Williams, Brandon Williams and Terrence Williams; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grand-children; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Willisville. Burial will be in McKinney Cemetery under direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home.
