RUBY WICKER

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Ruby Emily Baker Wicker, 94, of Prescott died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, in a Little Rock hospital. Mrs. Wicker was born Jan. 26, 1924. She was formerly employed with Nevada County Picayune and Nevada County Courthouse, a member of Nevada County Extension Homemaker's Club and Nevada County Fair Board and a Sunday School teacher, clerk and member of Morris Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lee Wicker. Survivors include three daughters and one son-in-law, Janice and Don Callicott and Phyllis Stewart of Prescott and Amy Sweat of McCaskill, Ark.; six grandchildren, Stephen Cannon Callicott of Cherry Valley, Ark., Robert Allen Callicott and April Lynn Stewart Pennington of Little Rock, Cyril Brandon Stewart of Prescott, Christopher David Sweat of McCaskill and Emily Dee Sweat Smith of Gilliam, Ark.; 14 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Morris Baptist Church with Neil Ridling officiating. Burial will be in Caney Cemetery under direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home.
