Kristi C. Plumley, 56, of Texarkana, TX passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at her home. She was born on January 25, 1962 in Hope, AR. Kristi was a professional photographer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jenkins. Survivors included her husband, Jeff Plumley of Texarkana, TX; three daughters and sons-in-law, Jaime Sheets, Jada and Shane Boatright all of Texarkana, TX and Jennifer and Jason Burke of Bryant, AR; father and stepmother, Harold and Virgina Hartness of Nashville, AR, three grandchildren, Kaden and Emma Sheets and Aubrey Burke and nephew and his wife, Will and Angel Hartness of Chicago, IL.
