Annie "Ann" Brackeen, 85, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, in a local hospital. Arrangements are pending with Chapelwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
