ANN BRACKEEN

Annie "Ann" Brackeen, 85, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, in a local hospital. Mrs. Brackeen was born Aug. 20, 1933, in Paris, Texas. She was a bookkeeper and a member of Hampton Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Brackeen. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Karen Brackeen of Texarkana; one daughter and son-in-law, Resia and Michael Wooten of Texarkana; and four grandchildren, Russell Brackeen, Max Brackeen and Quentin Green of Texarkana and Brett Wooten of Dallas. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with Jerry Monholland officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
