MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Essie Lee "Wagg" Lambert, 82, of Waldo, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, in a local nursing home. Ms. Lambert was born Dec. 10, 1935. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Lee Lambert; and two daughters, Earl Bell Johnson and Essie Bell Turner. Survivors include two daughters, Janie Davis of Waldo and Leslie Harrell of Magnolia; four sons, Marzell Turner, Lorenzo Turner, Gary Turner and Michael Lambert of Waldo; three sisters, Margie Turner, Minnie Malone and Shirley Blackwell of Waldo; four brothers, Lee Andrew Brown and Arthur D. Brown of Dallas and LeeVan Brown and Linzell Davis of Waldo; 26 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cotton Belt COGIC, Waldo, with Superintendent James Turner officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Waldo, under direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home.
