CHARLES NORTHCROSS JR.

Charles E. Northcross Jr., 71, of Ashdown, Ark., died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, in Ashdown. Survivors include his wife, Mary Northcross of Ashdown; four sons, Charles Northcross III, Brett Northcross and Jeremy Northcross of Ashdown and Jason Northcross of Prescott, Ark.; one daughter, Evette Northcross of Ashdown; three brothers, Albert Northcross of Malvern, Ark., Dwayne Northcross of Ashdown and Donald Northcross of Elk Grove, Calif.; two sisters, Brenda Watson of Texarkana and Sharon Smith of Ashdown; 20 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Community Freewill Baptist Church, Ashdown, with the Rev. Anthony Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary. The body may be viewed 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
