Kimberly Iann Richardson, 53, of Texarkana, Ark., died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018, at a local hospital. Ms. Richardson was May 15, 1965, in Savannah, Ill. She was employed with CHRISTUS St. Michael Health Care. She was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Anderson. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Josh Bullard of Texarkana and Tiffany and Jeremy Quinn of Maud, Texas; two sisters, Jackie Quillin and Robbin Dillard of Texarkana; two grandchildren, Zackery Quinn and Jaidyn Quinn; and one special friend, Dewayne Risinger. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Relatives will be at the Quillin Residence, 5411 Goodson Lane, Texarkana, Ark.
