LORETTA CREE

Loretta Jean Cree, 63, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018, at her home. Ms. Cree was born Sept. 25, 1954, in Houston. She was a retired florist and a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Nacogdoches, Texas. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Ed Cree. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Charlet Meyer of Newton, Texas; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Rose and Ricky Sonnier of Port Neches, Texas, and Darlene Estes of Nacogdoches; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. today at Red Lick United Methodist Church with Steve Petty officiating. Cremation is under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
