SAM MARZULA JR.

Sam Anthony Marzula Jr., 69, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at his home. Mr. Marzula was born Feb. 27, 1949, in Monroe, La. He was retired from Keebler/Kellogg's and a Vietnam War Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Janis Marzula; two daughters, Candace Ann Brooks and Misty Tucker; one son, Chance Masters; four sisters, Debbie Marzula, Jody Pollard, Wanda Crowder and Rhonda McMorris; one brother, Jeff Marzula; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Sept. 29 at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with Deacon David Fowler officiating.  A continued celebration will follow at 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Silver Star Smokehouse and Saloon, 5205 W.
