EVELYN WESLEY

ZACHARY, La.—Evelyn Ferguson Wesley, 90, formerly of Laurel, Miss., died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, in a Baton Rouge, La., nursing home. Mrs. Wesley was born May 27, 1928, in Laurel. She was a pianist and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and St. Francisville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Everett Wesley. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Ronald Normand of Baton Rouge, La.; two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Cynthia Wesley of Texarkana and Stephen and Kathy Wesley of Baton Rouge; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Henrietta Harvey of Saint Francisville, La., Sara and George Ard of McComb, Miss., and Marie Stephens of Columbia, Tenn.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services were Sept. 25 at Charlet Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Burial was in Jackson Cemetery, Jackson, La.
