Urah "Utah" Vardell, 77, of Texarkana, Ark., died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, in Texarkana, Texas. Arrangements are pending with Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
